Thread: Can you look at my diet so far Please

    Ok here it is..

    Workouts are either at 5am to 6am
    or 4:30pm to 5:30PM

    Breakfast 7ish
    6egg whites half cup cooks oats
    9Am morning shake
    11 am and 1pm 5oz each of chicked breast and half cup brown rice
    3Pm Tuna and Mayo With celery
    6pm 5oz chicken with salad. made of greens. spinach ect..
    8-9PM 5oz chicken

    You really need to read the cutting sticky at the top of the diet forum. This diet needs some work. Also, your PWO nutrition is listed as "Lifting days add PWN 40G Protein 40G carbs 320 Cal" You need a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein here and for the carbs what are you using? I hope it is Dextrose or Gatorade??? Read the sticky and then re-post your diet.
