Ok here it is..
Workouts are either at 5am to 6am
or 4:30pm to 5:30PM
Breakfast 7ish
6egg whites half cup cooks oats
9Am morning shake
11 am and 1pm 5oz each of chicked breast and half cup brown rice
3Pm Tuna and Mayo With celery
6pm 5oz chicken with salad. made of greens. spinach ect..
8-9PM 5oz chicken
