As long as you have your carb intake down right, fat gain should be a nonissue. You could use T3 with insulin, but T3 is inherently catabolic, whereas insulin is anticatabolic........clen or ECA would be a better choice IMO.
Another option would be to use insulin and IGF-1 together

In the end though, diet (not only what you eat but when and with what you eat it) is the most important factor.

You should PM Rambo and ask him for the one he's using now....it's very well laid out IMO. It's perfect for insulin too.
