I probably cant answer your question, but in order for one of the diet guru's to, they will need to know your weight height, and roughly your BF%

Look at the stickies atop the forum for help in constructing your own plan of attack.

Once you present all of that pertinent information, I am sure that all of the guys here can chime in and help, but it's you who has to do the footwork.

Slow down your typing a bit too, I can't make sense of half the words.

To be honest I dont think that cutting sticky really helps. It really should say like what you need at certain times. Like Pre Workout Meals should generally contain this and that. Post Workout and Post Post should have this and that. Pre-Sleep should consist of something like this.
I keep seeing the vet referring the new guys to the sticky, but i dont think it helps.

Have you read it in it's ENTIRETY? Paid attention to it?

It says what to eat and at what times. It says pre-post workout meals.

All the info is there, even the amounts by way of the HB formula.

100's have used it before w/out any issue, so I don't see how it's not helpful unless you can't read or can't comprehend what you are reading.

    The information is all there.
