Nah I disagree otherwise Arnold would be dead by now or done recieved a few liver transplants. If you want quality gains Dbol isn't what you want to take. I was scared to death of the needle my first time. I was worried about hitting the Sciatic nerve, injecting in to a blood vessel and dying instantaneously, scared it was gonna hurt, that needle was long and fat, but anyway after a few times it wasn't that bad. It sucks still but I'm not afraid of it. It's kind of like going to the getting a needle at the Dr now. I don't look foward to it, but its really not bad. Some guys love it though. You might have a needle lover waiting to come out of you.

Dude...suck it up! If you cant bring yourself to shoot yourself...have someone else do it for you. You will find very quickly that its all in your head. I was the same way. Now a shot means nothing to me.

very well said, i was the same too, i was scared ****less about injecting, i was worried about the pain, injecting a bit of air (now i realise my syringes dont hold enough to kill anyway) and also the whole what if i inject into a vein

The first time i injected i did my quad, and omg i couldnt stop shaking, i was so nervous,

But, after that i got used to it, doesnt hurt at all

Good gains, but even if you can make some gains on dbol only:

1. You won't gain as much.
2. A lot of that might just be water you will end up losing anyway.
3. Liver toxicity.

#3 is the most important. I have a friend who made good gains off dbol only, but why do something if you don't want to do it right?

What were your start / end stats? Height, weight?
