Just a guess - you aren't eating enough fiber during the week and then when you carb up your system is cleaning itself out.

i think badman hit it on the nose. I notice that if i dont get alot of fibre durring the week and then i carb up one day then i have the $hits the following day. I think your just getting cleaned out.
