    I would throw it in before the gym. Doesn't really matter necassarily.

    i usually pop 2 before my workout,so i should pop 3 now,right?

    2 when i wake up, 2 every 4 hours or 3 1/2 hours after that. so in other words 2,2,2,2 = 40mg. where do i throw in one more at?
