    Why can't it be? What's the differance if it's suspended in oil or water? Or am I not understanding the question?

    i would think u can suspend substances in oil just like in water, but maybe the injection with oil would hurt less than with water.

    well i had a source say that he has never herd of suspension powder and he has all raw materials and then sombody said that alll suspension was a water base

    ive ade it in oil and peg...water is more difficult to make and more painful

    i once had test suspension in oil ..... what happens is that it will crystilized..... garenteed.... so you have to keep heating it up... to losen the crystales.......

    done some more research..it is supposed to work using PEG-400(polyethylene glycol), BA@5%, and BB
    painless form what most say...

    you can make it in oil but hard for it to hold, works okay at 75mg/ml
