    creatine and var

    Which creatine do you use with var? I need to order some more and the phoshagen xt I have tastes like **** and costs too much. Also, do you use it before or after the workout? I used to take it before, but the label says after...

    ditto and dont take more than the rec dose and NEVER load up like the instructions tell you. You dont need to front load creatine ,just take it regularly

    well, I am not interested in buying this **** creatine. So what are some good sites and products to order? Also, before or after working out?

    Creatine has always made a huge difference for me as a natural lifter, after I hit the gear a week ago though I stopped it. There was a bit of a crash, very tired for a few days but its all back now and then some. I never front load either...
    Its good stuff though, probably one of the few supps that actually does something noticeable, I recommend it to everyone I know.

    I'm not up on what's the cheapest sites for creatine, imo 2 good ones are v12 and swole v2, and I like to take mine prior to working out.

    Go with a micronized creatine monohydrate (dymatize, met-rx,ast etc) or something like swole, v12 etc.

    The new Myostat" juiced Creatine is good, not much carbs, still get a good pump from it..

    Of course bro. Sometimes ASN doesn't have the best variety for all thing. However, I'm sure the creatine selection is good.
