I have had a really though time getting enought calcium in my diet by cutting down on milk. I take a supplement but like to get as much calcium as possible from real foods, so I starting drinking Fat Free Low Carb milk in the morning, only 3g of sugars vs 13g with the same amout of protein. If anyone has other ideas on how to get more calcium from real foods I'm open to suggestions.
The other big source for calcium that I get is from Womens Oatmeal, quite a bit in there too.
