    How effective are Shakes

Today took in about 85 grams of protein from shakes and probably about 100 grams of protein from real food. How effective is taking this amount of protein from shakes?

It's certainly better than only taking 100 grams of protein from food.

It's fine IMO as long as it's a GOOD quality protein. No half (__!__)'ed stuff.

I need a favour - I buy my protein in bulk at a steal: 44lbs bags for CDN $130

Could someone take a minute and look at the specs and let me know if the specs look good?

I know it's concentrate, not isolate.

isolate and concentrate are the same protein quality (in dealing with ATW anyhow) with the difference being the concentrate has like 2-3 grams of carbs and fat per serving, where the isolate has less than 1 of each per serving.

Does ATW sell their stuff through any stores or is it strictly through their site?

Cool. My local MuscleMag store matches prices from any website I've seen plus I don't have to pay for shipping. But I've been wanting to try the orange protein you're always raving about so I think I'll place an order.

It's really good! I use water, ice, and blend it up. No need to blend, as it stirs w/ease w/a spoon, I just like to break up the ice and make it frothy.

Low carb milk (tried it a few times) really makes it bomb, but I can't include that stuff too often, so water is more than okay.

There is no way a liquid meal can be better than a solid meal...

I did it by almost dying and being in a coma for 6 weeks. Thats why i was down to 125, thats what i weighed when i left the hospital. The 2 months i spent in the hospital i didn't move much so i atrophied like crazy. I atribute the muscle gain from a new diet, training and muscle memory. As for the post whoring, I have helped out alot of people on here so im in no way ashamed of it.
