See what happens tonite into tomorrow.. Hope it gets a little better. Hoping that if I see a doc they just give me anti-biotic for it. I hope it is not a abcess were they have to remove it.. Never ever had a problem in 8yr.

i have had a few in 9 years,have one right now in my delt. felt bad yesterday and stayed home and slept instead of training. today still felt kind of bad but i took tylenol and had a good leg workout. seem to be feeling fine now.I have had a lump for over a wk. before. I think it happens when i use the same injection spot to often.
