you need to try to eat 4-5 meals ed (every day), try to double your weight in protein ed, eat around 300-350 carbs ed (grams), try to drink a gallon of water ed, eat clean ie.brown rice, pasta, baked potatos, wheat bagels, grapenuts, whole wheat bread, protein should be chk breasts, pork chops, steaks (ribeyes are higher in fat so stay with sirloin or tbone), lean hamburger. Now you eat clean and step up your cardio and you will loose the gut. If your test is 200mgs per cc/ml, then shoot 1cc on monday, shoot another cc/ml on thursday. Main thing is hit the weights hard and step up your cardio.
