I assume you are measuring at the belly button. Believe it or not this is the correct place to measure your girth... as you can probably wear size 34 pants comfortably. The dope (Ephedrine/caffiene) wont take fat off without you doing something like: take them one hour before you go on a 5 to 10 mile jog once or twice a week. The key is in the jog or fast walking - and lots of it! Eventually you want to take 2 inches off the waist, add 2 inches to the chest and shoulder areas, then you will be in great shape!
