meal 5 - chicken breast and rice 7:00
GOOD
meal 6 - chicken breast and assorted nuts 9:00
NOT TOO BAD.
meal 7 - protien shake assorted nuts 11:00
USE FLAX INSTEAD. TOO MANY CARBS IN NUTS FOR NIGHTTIME IMO.
thats about it im taking in about 200 to 280 grams of protien my stats are 5'5 and im at about 175 lbs right now. i aslo wanted to know if i can add in some other foods that would help me out and when to add them in.
ADD FLAX OIL AND DEXTROSE!! ALSO, WHERE ARE YOUR VEGGIES?
