Cheese Steaks, Pizza, Italian Subs (guess what part of the country I live in. lol), pork chops, swiss cakes, chocolate milkshakes, Double Quarter pounders, double whoppers, and my favorite Snickers.
I usually go out to eat. Like to stuff my face with the pre-dinner bread, appetizer and salad. Order a few diet cokes. Entree includes whatever I'm in the mood for. Always a big meal containing tons of carbs and meats. Followed by desert (cheesecake) and then topped off with a mint for the road![]()
when cutting i always go with a clean carb up day using only low GI foods

meals 2,4,6,7 pro/fat

When bulking, I'll hit up a buffet or have an entire cheat day that I just eat anything in sight. When cutting, its just one cheat meal, like Applebee's. If I can't go out to eat while cutting, i usually just have a PBJ, a protein shake, and a half cup of ice cream.

2 of my meals on Sunday would be anything that tastes good. Anything goes for those 2 meals. I went to Mandarin last Sunday so if you see "Mandarin Gone Bankrupt" on the front page of the weekly news you know why.![]()
