any time you draw meds from a vial you have to inject air in the amount of what you are wanting to take out. example: if you're going to draw 2cc, you first have to inject 2.1cc of air into the vial. Always use an 18gauge for drawing out medications. Don't use the 18 for injecting or you'll be hurtin like hell.

Ya I was using the same pin I injected with although I did clean it off with alcohol before stickin it...it was a 21 gauge 1 1/2". Thanks for the advice
