    BUT... can half the people on this forum who juice up the waazoo even touch 4 bills on the bench, bouncing or not? I know people on here who have done three cycles and still can't get 315 off their chest.

    That simply confirms the fact that juice alone is not worth having. I would think that Paul Sr. had the strength (maybe not the technique) to bench 315 before he ever touched a weight. The guy is obviously a big SOB, and he has done some eating and training. At his age, to look like he does and move that weight, he's got to have some help.

    i bet theres more who cant rep 4 bills in the squat rack

    yeah...i can...but i would say at my gym from what ive seen theres about 5 of us that can throw up over 400 for reps...and i would venture to say that 50% dont train legs...maybe...just guessing

    Yeah and I know people who have done no cycles and can nail 405 for at least a triple. Big manchild genetics...
