That simply confirms the fact that juice alone is not worth having. I would think that Paul Sr. had the strength (maybe not the technique) to bench 315 before he ever touched a weight. The guy is obviously a big SOB, and he has done some eating and training. At his age, to look like he does and move that weight, he's got to have some help.Originally Posted by bdtr
