Reducable henias go in and out, you can live with them for years and be OK. I have had one for years and continue to lift heavy. Make sure when you are doing heavy deadlifts or squats that you wear a wieght belt that covers the area and wear it tight. I cant train my abs at all or it will pop out. If the bump or pain/spasm doesnt disapear within the day, it is not reducable and you may want to get it fixed.
I havent felt the buldge, the only area that i depress and it triggers the pain is like on the outside of my lower abs. Im gonna have to invest in a lifting belt i guess.
