Never done quad injection...what size pin

that sux bro, here is what I do. I basically hook my thumbs in my pockets, and where my longest finger reasches too, thats where I stick. i have not had any problems. (knock on wood) It hurts as an initial stick, but then its cool. To me, it actually hurts LESS than glutes. JMO

SOme people shoot the top of their lap. Although this is a somewhat safe place to inject, you are more likely to hit a vein there. Also top of lap is OUCH the next day... the upper outter side of thigh part of the quads is the painfree place. If your quads hurt after injecting, then you are hitting the wrong place.
