Hellz yeah bro. Put your toes on a flat bench with a swiss ball out in front of your, hold yourself on the swiss ball using your elbows and push the ball as far out as you can. You are trying to get your body parrallel to the floor. Once you get the form down, you will know it almost immediately. This is great cause it trains the entire core area, including the stabalizers. If you hold it for more than 1 minute you are doing great
