blood flow comes from blood vessels. If you nick or go thru you get blood. The larger the vessel the more blod comes out - sometimes squirting out. If you get luck and inject perfect you will get almost no visible blood at all. Ive inject several time where there was absolutely no blood at all - none. I get a "perfect" or near perfect injection about 25% of the time. the other 50% I get a very little bit of blood, and the other 25% ill hit a vessel and get a very small trickle that stops very quickly but indicates I hit something.
Only once have I got blood on my aspiration. I am very carefull to avoid the areas of high probablity of a vessel
you should be doing Z-track injections
