6:30 am
8 egg whites
9:30 am
Protein shake w/ 1 tbsp. flax
12:30 pm
1 can tuna w/mayo
lettuce wrap
3:30 pm
Protein Shake w/flax
6:30 pm
8 oz Chicken
2 cup green veggies
