Uh? 2000 grams? Thats like over 4lbs. Maybe a little overkill? Doses are usually around 5 to 10 grams a day.Originally Posted by Paingain

So yeah, should you start taking it before your cycle starts? I am starting mine on Sunday!!! Want to make sure I have all my quackers in a row.
I started with 8g/day and now im down to 4g/day maintenance dose. Works alright, I cap it myself its much much cheaper that way and you dont have to mix it and have it taste like absolute $HIT
