Alright it's day 12.
The d-bol kicked in on day 4 and got really(!) good by day 6. I think the enth just started working 'cuz I got horny as hell today and had one kick-ass work out.

Weight: 163lbs ........ +5 lbs from starting
BF: 17.5% ........ no change- thanks liquidex
Cool gains: flat bech dumbell press: starting-87lbs 'bells. NOW- 97lbs
weighted dips: start- 80lbs NOW- 100lbs
deadlifts: start 185 NOW- 225
I'm pretty happy so far. The gains I think are pretty solid for only 12 days. But I look bigger and the pumps are awesome- and the motivation and intensity is going through the roof!.
I wish i could post flat bech results but my work out partner hasn't started yet- so I do dumbells instead 'cuz I think bench sucks without a spot.
I'm finding it tough to get the 300g of protein though- I get it occasionally- but I'm averaging probably 230.
I really gotta work on the protein intake I know......
I'm liking the liquidex.... it's keeping the fat and water off. And my 'nads seem lively and ready too go. And when they're happy, I'm happy.
Oh yeah- I've been good with the booze too- haven't caught more than a 3-pint buzz on over 2 weeks.
Think that's about it bro's..... I'm off to do some injections....
