Tongkat ali will definately assure you good success and sometimes end up with bigger balls then before when combining Tongkat and clomid during PCT.

After my first cycle I had to take Tribulis (I started taking it before my cycle was done) and let me tell you that they went back to normal

looks like you might need some hcg.

they seem smaller because they have shrunken up into your body. HCG will stimulate them to fall back down. Does NOT affect semen amount.

MDs are known to prescribe a short regimen of HCG to hypogonadal men to sort of jumpstart things.

He could use HCG for a week and then do an abbreviated PCT to compensate for any raised estrogen levels from the HCG.

Of course, tribulus can do the same thing without all the poking.

There is no way I would use HCG for a week when off gear. The estrogen related symptoms would create more hassle than anything IMHO. I agree with the tribulus...or do another small clomid PCT.

And this whole load of crap about them never regaining original size is ridiculous so long as certain criteria are met. If his hormone levels are on par with what he had prior to the cycle, there is no reason that they would be permanently atrophied. You can remove one of a man's testicles and the other will GROW in volume to compensate for the loss of anatomy in order to maintain the hormone levels specified in his DNA.

I agree, and so far, I have never had a reason to. I just don't think that it is the worst idea in the world, especially if accompanied with another PCT. Longterm users commonly repeat a PCT because of insufficient recovery.

...but why not just do the PCT without the HCG? HCG even while on gave me some sensitive/sore nipples...I can't imagine what effects it would have done while 5 weeks off.

I guess we're going to have agree to disagree...I think the HCG is a bad idea at this point as there are many other things that could help with less sides.
