yeah I've been doing this for a while. At work this is the quickest and most nutritious thing I could think of. Only bad thing: Almost all my protein comes from whey, and almost all my carbs come from oatmeal. I know I need more whole-food protein but I just can't always get it in my schedulePPWO is always whole food though for me.
Also ground up flax and whey is a great pro/fat meal. Before work I mix up some oats and whey in some baggies, and flax and whey in baggies. Also, if you prefer an easier to drink oatmeal shake, you can put it in a coffee grinder, but the baby rolled oats work great for me without grinding them up.




PPWO is always whole food though for me.
