Ok I have been lifting for about a year and a half.
My diet use to consist of high protein and lowcar and fat.
Since winter is coming, I decided to start bulking up.
So now i try to get in more carbs around 2 grams per pound body weight
and 1 gram of protein per pound.
I work out chest and biceps monday, back and triceps wedn.
Also legs thursday and shoulders and traps saturday.
Since I am trying to keep calories I do 2-3 days of cardio
for 30 minutes on the stationary bike. I would like to be 150 to 155. Basicalyl maybe 15 to 20lbs of muscle gain. Well I hope this helps. Thanks guys
