just started my cycle of 400/sust/wk and 300/deca/wk..........took all my deca lastnight in the same pin with 125mg or sust. i dont know if it is just by chance but the next day (today) i have gotten really sick, i feel like i have a severe cold or flu....can this happen from deca/sust?can i take cold medication?

also my leg is swollen like a mother****er from the shot, its never been this bad before????

First off my advice to you would be change pinz. They are so cheap, why stick yourself with a dull needle? That is just plain pointless. For the sickness, how long have you been on the cycle? I usually fell some sickness around my 3rd or 4th week of the cycle. your body is adjusting to new chemicals in it and your immune system is trying to get rid of them. Thats the sickness. My sickenss lasts for about 3 days then, I am 200% and ready to get serious. Get more pinz though? Not point in building up scar tissue!

Keep going, don't stop. I know the feeling though. It sucks. People react differently to gear. My friends' hair gets thin and they get acne. I just get mad all the time and get a cough that lasts a few days regardless of the cycle. You are different. Why give up? You have the gear and have already begun. The sickness will go away soon, believe me. Get some rest and work out hard. Try a steam room in your gym after a workout.

When I first begin my cycle I always get a mild flu for a few days. This may or may not accompany an inflamed, swollen injection. You'll get over it.

Ibuprofin helps.

Yeah I never feel up to par when I first start a cycle. I can be having great natural workouts the week before and as soon as I start injections I suck!!!!
