You should eat every 2-3 hours. Why are you waiting 3.5 hours before eating your 5:30 meal?
Your PWO could be better, why not dex/pro?
And you definately don't want to have that same mix before bedtime, you need pro/fat at that time slot.
Are you cutting or bulking, this info would also help.
