I love t400.Its a little more on the painfull side.But I have done sus250, omnas and t400 so i know which one worked better for me.I was taking 800mg per week on t400 and loved.I would take 600mg on t400 if you are a beginner.3/4 cc on mondays and thursday.I would buy some sterile oil and mix 1/2cc of it to the 3/4cc of t400 to cut down the pain from the ba in the t4.i think theres ups and downs for single esters and multi ester compounds.I do agree you can stable a multi ester compound if taken right.IMO
