60mcg at 6.30am (Right before my run at 7)
60mcg at 11am
60mcg at 3.30pm
If anything I'm convinced it helps me breathe easier when I take it before my cardio, not a popular opinion I know but that's how I find it. Maybe its because I don't bang all 180mcg at once, no wonder you guys shake!
