ya... ive trained with some powerlifters. They wanted to do a BB routine... so they worked in with me. They stopped about 1/2 way through my chest routine. Its alot different going in and do flat bench for 6 sets at 2-4 reps.. than 4 excersices 4 sets each... pyramiding weight with some drop sets.
But its the goal your looking for. I dont do it for power... but it comes with the size.
