i have stoped using internet explore and am now using mozill firefox. DO i still need to add the windows updates .i aslo run zone lab or alarm but after downloading the service update zone alarm keeps saying i have a brech, can anyone help

What kind of breach. What is it saying?

it wont say ,or i dont know how to read it but when the little guy with the capp on top of his head comes on the zone alarm icon, it indicates a security breach. thanks for the help bro
