I find it rather hard aspirating while injecting into the delt...any tips?

I find it really hard to aspirate cuz of the angle when injecting in the delt. The plunger seems to hard to pull back most of the time. Any advice ??

Pull harder... I dunno. I usually find aspirating with only one hand is quite easy.

WIth my first cycle, I made my 14 y/o sister give me glute injections.. Practice drawing up your gear with one hand.

Try this hold the cylinder of the syringe with you pinky,ring finger, thumb. Use your pointing finger and your middle finger to operate the plunger.

Hold the body of the syringe in your 4 fingers and use the thumb pushing up to pull the plunger. Like your making a fist and using the thumb nail to push upward.

tried that a few times.
toolmans suggestion i believe works better, for me anyway. WHen your injecting 4-5ml of gear in 1 needle its hard to pull/push the plunger into my delt with only my index and middle....

**** u got some major balls of steel if ur injectin that much in ur delt

if ur injecting into ur left delt just lean against the wall with ur right elbow so u can reach all the way around to ur left. its kinda hard to explain but ill try to take a pic and post it later.
