Don't decrease your carb intake. You need the carbs when training. Just know what carbs to eat and when to eat them. Carbs don't make you fat. Eating too much of anything makes you fat. The excessive protein that alot guys intake goes to fat because the body does not use it all. With you sitting at 180 "very lean" the worst thing you could do is lower your carb intake. The muscle changes will come with proper resistance training. Your diet is fine just make sure you are eating frequently. Winny is not an overnight cure, you'll see the results soon.
