Hey i checked up on the website's daily calorie intake calculator, and for a 170 lb 5'11 guy, i should consume 2867 calories, 287g of Carbs, 216 grams of protein and 96 grams of fat. Is this enough for bulking? Also do you think its wise to lower your caloric intake on off-days by a little?
this is my bulking diet
MEAL 1 615AM
1/2 cup oats
2 cups of fat-free milk
Protein shake
3 egg whites and 1 egg
MEAL 2 930AM
Can of tuna w/ 2 sliced of Whole wheat bread and a tablespoon of flax oil
Meal 3 1230PM
Dont usually eat at this time, unless school is serving tuna sandwiches. Maybe i should get a MRP?
MEAL 4 330PM
Orange
4 tblspoons of peanut butter with 1 slice of Whole wheat bread
2 pills of BCAAs
5-6PM TRAINING
MEAL 5 6PM
2 scoops of protein shake(44 g) with 40 grams of Dextrose and 2 pills of BCAAs
MEAL 6 630PM
3 oz chicken breast
2 cups Brown rice
1 tblspoon of olive oil
MEAL 6 815PM
3 oz Beef Round
2 cups of mixed veggies
Middle of the Night
1 protein shake
Altogether this adds up to 9 more grams of carbs, 15 more grams of protein and 21 less grams of fat. Should i consume the 21 g of fat that is left and with what?
Is it alright to eat red meat everyday? also is 2 meals enough after my workout?
