Well, to delete you'd want to utilize the DELETE button, since hitting DELETE has been known to actually DELETE posts and have them be DELETED and removed.
Open your post, find the EDIT button on the right hand bottom corner of the screen, click that and go in and delete the entire post. For reason you can put "already asked this a zillion other times"
