i have the same lump underneath the skin when injecting sust250, its just the oil, wouldnt worry about it for now just make sure that when u inject u keep everything clean and u should have no trouble.

Sus can hurt. I doubt it is an abcess. It is probably the prop in the Sus causing pain. Also, you said you injected kinda fast. 1.2cc should take you at least 60 seconds to push.
