I know how you feel. There are times when I am at work that I think if I have to eat one more tuna sandwhich I 'm gonna be sick. But if You think that readying post like this is bad while you are hungrey with nothing more to eat than tuna, then you need to really heed my advice here. NEVER, I MEAN NEVER go to the grocery store starving. If you do trust me you run the high risk of blowing your diet through the roof. There will be more junk in that buggy before you get to the check out that you will have to hurry through in hopes that you do not run into anyone that you know with all this crap in your cart! Laugh if you want, but it's true! Man that's one place you do'nt want to go to hungrey.
