No that is not her in my Avatar that is this one girl i used to date but she moved to Texas with her family. She was not only hot, and a nice body but see was a good girl that would do anything i asked her to do. The type u want to marry and have kids with. She had only been with one guy before i meet her and then it was two with me. She cared about me and my family,and her own family. But anyway my ex called me when she got of from work and we were talking for about 10 min and she was telling me how she hates her job and i said well who likes to work in a Hospital and she said it is a Nurseing home, I said they are pretty much the same thing and she got mad because i kept saying they were the same thing and said " WELL I GOT TO GO BECAUSE U ARE GETING ME MAD" and she hung up.

Starting back on my cardio strong on monday, and all that worry i had over the weekend i will put it aside and think of me and my family, also friends. Then i will worry about what is going to happen with me and my ex-girl, but for now training is first. I am going to lose that weight and make my goal.

Thanks bro, speak of the devil she just called me while she was driving home she said that she was tired and of course she had her attudie ( sorry for spelling) any way she said what are u doing and i said was looking out my windoe from my bedroom and she said at what. I was looking at Natty Bo, there is a big ass picture on the roof of him on the houseing complex across from my house. She said who is that i said he makes beer. Then i said why u did not know who that was and she got smart with me and the said she was getting of the phone. I told her to call me back when she grows up and know how to talk to people and she got mad and hung up. Yup i am taking charge just got back from do cardio. I was at the gym at 7 am and did cardio for 45 min and i also woked my abs. Then went to the market to get some chicken and other things.

waz up guys man i am so fed up with my ex she called me up about 10 min ago and started to argue with me and i said i am tired of ur bullsh*t, and she called me a loser i said to her u are and she hung up so i called her back and this dumb ass girl picks up that she is with in class and says she dont want to talk to u i said put her on the phone and i dont want to talk to ur little clown ass and i dont even know u so why are u answering my calls off of her phone. Then my ex gets on the phone and starts going on about me taking juice and all that while she is in class and shes told me that she is going to tell my mom and some other people that i jucie up. It really sucks bro but I think you've put yourself in the position where, if you think she will go through with it, you have no option but to, apologise, kiss her a$$ and ask her not to tell. Like I say it's a horrible option but I can't think what else you can do now. You just have to say something like: "I'm so sorry things got so fvcked up between us, if I said anything nasty to you it's only because I care about you so passionately. If you ever cared about me at all please don't tell everyone that I use steroids." She will undoubtedly use the opportunity to make you eat sh1t but I can't see what else you can do unless you're ready for her to tell people.
If it does come to her telling people I would take a leaf from the politicians handbook and admit a little and deny all else, i.e. "I did try it once, just tablets mind you - I would never inject myself, but then I thought about all the health risks and realised what I was doing to my body and flushed the rest of my two week course down the toilet." People always think 'there's no smoke without fire' so by admitting to a small fvck up it gives the rest of your denial credibility.
Once this episode dies down FOR GOD'S SAKE STAY AWAY FROM THIS GIRL!

She still trys to call me but i dont pick up, then she came down to my house, and i let her in at the point she started kissing me and then we had sex but it was hard because i hurt my foot and it is hard to stand so l layed on the bed and she got on top.
