heh im eating them plain (just meat), sorry I dident go in depth, Our cafeteria in school has a sandwhich line and I figure I can sneak out meat in between two peices of wheat bread....I wont be eating the wheat just the meat....heh, thanks.

I'd use the roast beef, then chicken, then the turkey.
