I am 21 years old, 280 pounds, 20% bf, 19inch arms, 54 inch chest, 38 waist, 30 inch quads, 18 inch calves 15 inch forearms, 21 inch neck,
bench 315 for 14 or 405 for 3, deadlift 675.......
i did a 10 week prop tren...now i am on a 10 week dbol test
I concider myself a powerbodybuilder....i train heavy but still get the 6-8 reps.....
take in atleast 400grams of protein a day and workout 4 times a week.
I attend university and work at a supplement shop
I want to compete this summer......
