hey ive got some water retension from using deca and i was wondering if by using winstrol it would harden (and keep the size) of the puffy watery muscles into hard quality muscle, or if it would just reduce the size of the the muscles by cutting out the water but still build some muscle

How? Nolvadex stops estrogen from binding to the breast. Adex will help bloating as it works on the conversion from test to estrogen.

Secondly deca bloat probably isn't caused by estrogen...so I'd say the winny should help but not the anti-e's.
