    time on = time off

    just wondering if you count your pct as time on or can you go from the time of your last shot.

    pct definately counts as time off...........

    I dont count PCT as time off. Time off to me is time where Im not taking ANYTHING, but everyone has their own way of going about it

    that is the normal rule.. you should at least wait until your body has fully recovered from the cycle before.

    Agree, you are on until your system is operating at normal levels, your levels are all over the place during PCT.

    and if you're gonna do it the right way, you should have a blood test before starting the next cycle.

    I agree...I do not count pct as time off...Time off is when I'm not taking anything...
