Hey bro, My diet is going to be pretty standard... Slow burning carbs, High protein, Low fat... Eat a lot of oats, brown rice, chicken, fish, lean steak... I am running a cycle since its for a contest..
Test E, 1.5g's week 1-12
Deca 500mg, week 1-12
Anadrol 100mg/d week 1-4
Tren Ace 75mg/d week 10-16
Test P, 100mg/d week 12-16
Winstrol 100mg/d week 12-16
Clen 2 weeks on/off
Nolva 10mg/d

Your right, I have a bit of a belly but nothing too serious... I think it's more a result of the pic then anything, I'm 6 foot 1, 272lbs, I'm dieting for an upcoming provincial show and then an atlantic show afterwards... My trainer told me I won't have a problem dialing in on a 12 week diet... but i'm going to go 14 weeks just to be sure... and to have 2 extra weeks to fool around with some things... or possibly more cardio if I need it. I know what to expect... this is my second competition... My first one I was 186lbs,(2 years ago natural) This one I should be 230lbs+
