Thanks. I havent maxed out in awhile. I usually dont go gover 5 reps with 415-420 as I tend to really run into lower back pain at 6' 2". I lke to stick with 1-2 sets of 315 for 10reps, then on to 420 for 5 reps. Of coarse the leg press doesnt cause to much back pain for me so I will push much more weight, I usually stop adding weight after I began to feel it in my knees, particularly the left one. Im still natural but have the majority of my first cycle ready to go, im eager to see how much the numbers change after I start it.
