cycle question

this is the cycle im going on...

wk1-10 test prop 75mg ED
wk1-08 primo 50mg ED
wk6-12 Winstrol 50mg ED
wk1-13 Nolvadex 10mg ED
Clomid PCT 3days after

This is my second cycle... I need to know how often should I take the tes??? once a week??? I also need to know how often should I take the winny and the primo every day or every other day...Is 50 mg evey other day ok

I would take every compound you are taking everyday. Also run the winny from week 5-10. Start pct 3 days after last test injection (and 1 day after last winny)
