I got the same problem with my biceps. But my calves are solid. I can do a calve raise with obscene amounts of weight. Even the dudes in the gym point out that someone of my build should nt be lifting that much

last time i measured my thighs were 27", but i havent measured in a while....
arms are 17, and calves are 17.5s
supposedly thats good proportions, but depending on how tall you are it wont look that big
ex im 6'1 and my calves still look small at that size, they look skinny with like a small bulge of muscle coming off
