To tell you the truth, my tri's grew by working them every day. I had to work them every day because of the Army and their stupid pushups. Then when I would work out, I'd always do 100 dips as a warm up on all workout days,...unless my tri's were too sore. Tri's are a muscle that is used a lot so I believe it recovers faster like your calves and abs.

Try that out, if it does't work, just keep trying things, you will eventually come across something that will work.
