10-15lbs will not happen with juice alone bro, diet is the main key to your desired goals. Trial and error are the only things that will help you learn what it takes for you to gain. Ideally you want to gain 1lb a wk natural - if your on then 2-3, but your diet has to be dialed in typically you need 1.5 - 2 g of protein per lb. take that number and divide it by 6 - that is the minimum amount of protein you need in 6 of your meals, with complex carbs and EFA's (olive oil is most suitable) want to gain add more to each meal, want to lose remove from each meal. We tend to make things harder than they really are.
